Enemies Within the Church is a documentary about the drift of the evangelical church away from a biblical view of God and biblical orthodoxy, but it’s also about evangelical church leaders who themselves are promoting false teachings (like CRT, intersectionality, and other woke ideas), and even a false gospel. The elites do not like this movie, although I’m not even sure that those speaking so strongly against it have even seen it.
If all truly is well, then why are evangelical leaders so terrified? If what they are calling “attacks” in the film are false, then why would anyone make a film and in it lie about evangelical leaders who are getting things right? I have a suspicion that the leaders feel threatened, not by arbitrary, false attacks, but by the possibility that the truth might get out. For the sake of the gospel, for the sake of the church at large, and for the sake of the Southern Baptist Convention, I pray that it does.
I am grateful to everyone who worked to make Enemies Within the Church a reality. The message of the film is communicated so well, and the evidence it presents is presented so clearly, that one can only know this film is timely and desperately needed in the church today. As uncomfortable as this documentary might make people feel, the light of truth is an agent that ultimately will help and heal. Yet, like the surgeon’s knife, it first must cut — to address serious problems head on.
If you care about the state of the church, the state of Christianity, and the moral and ethical climate of the country, you’ll want to watch the film Enemies Within the Church. It is available here online and on DVD.
