What are some of the dangers of transgender non-discrimination bills? Christians have a duty to warn public policy makers and citizens about such bills—in clear and bold terms. Recently, two Christian leaders demonstrated how to do this, despite the fact they weren’t heeded. We also learn about an ADF spokesman who articulated well the problems and risks. We need to add our voices to theirs if we haven’t already!

HB2414 is a common-sense bathroom bill under consideration in Tennessee that would relate directly to the state’s public schools. This bill is vehemently opposed by LGBT activists. There is legal precedent for the bill, but the attorney general’s recent report on HB2414 failed to mention previous court rulings on similar measures. Don’t be misled. Advocates of this bill are on solid legal footing, despite the arguments and conclusions of the attorney general’s report.
